this sunday my fiance and i decided to take advantage of the cold weather and go over to fat peach bakery, and man was it the best decision! we walked right in to a full case of pastries about 20 minutes after they opened. the staff was so friendly and kind, and the pastries were absolutely insane. we tried the sticky toffee pudding, guava custard danish, and the breakfast pastry. each one was sooo flavorful and extremely well balanced. my personal favorite was the sticky toffee pudding, it was not too sweet and had the perfect flavor profile for a cold winter day. i was also especially impressed by the breakfast pastry – the pastry itself was so flaky and buttery, and it had a whole hashbrown inside which i had never seen in a croissant before. 10/10 will be doing this again!
