I've been cooking burgers for years, I'm old. But I've never tried smashing burgers, believe it or not. Today I gave it a shot.
Made a single, ate it, and then made a double, and devoured it. So GD good. All it had was a good amount of mustard and ketchup.
It might have been the best double cheeseburger that I've ever eaten!
