I have a 2 year old indoor Caroline Reaper Plant that spent its first year outside, was overwintered, and stayed inside for another year. It’s never produced a full size pod but dozens of Mini pods. Anyone ever experienced this?

This was my experience when growing indoors. When outdoors it grew normal sized pods and went back to mini pods when I brought it back in.

I had this – indoor in a 1 gal pot. I suspect if I plucked most flower buds I could have gotten larger pods.
