All that was 1400 calories? That doesn’t even look like 800 or 1000 to me.

Lmao your third slide looks like my usually meals, I call them my bowls of slop. I love it and anyone deep into a deficit would understand that sometimes we just eat for fuel not appearance of the food.

Some of this is kind of sad, but if it works for you, no judgement.
I feel inclined to offer some tips though.
Not sure if your current goals involve some kind of keto or low carb aspect, but if that’s not really a primary goal, you could have a much more normal diet, more satisfying, and less “weird.”
In particular, fat is very calorie dense and not the best thing for filling you up.
For example, in the rice bowl, those two eggs and the the Swiss cheese probably isn’t doing a whole lot for you for the 250 calories.
There’s some really decent breads out there with very low calories. I use the Sara Lee delightfuls multigrain and that’s 45 calories a slice.
So for 90 calories, you could have bread on your sad Turkey and mayo.
There are also the low carb tortillas. I use La Banderita and they’re about 60 calories each.
Both products are high in fiber, which is good for making you feel more full.
I love to do a little sandwich wrap with the low carb tortillas and it’s often pretty close to what you got with the Turkey and mayo situation there. I stuff mine with lettuce so it feels like I’m eating a lot and instead of mayo I tend to use a fat-free salad dressing and some pickles.
Kraft American singles can feel a little pedestrian, but you can get them in 50 calorie slices and they work fine for melting some cheese into some cheesy rice or something. Might help you get the same effect without adding so many calories from fat adding cheese and milk.
Anyways, I don’t really know your specific goals or dietary preferences. Just wanted to throw out some ideas if you don’t really want to eat like this.
