I use my ninja creami, but you can also use just a blender and make sure to use frozen fruit so it fluffs up
– 70g frozen fruit, some banana works best, this was half banana half strawberry – 30g cottage cheese – 60g almond milk – 60g nonfat milk, ultra filtered if possible – 15g whey protein, this was vanilla – 4g sugar-free pudding mix, this was vanilla – (optional but adds to the creaminess) 5g collagen – 1/8 tsp guar or xanthan gum – pinch salt – (optional but adds to the creaminess) 1 tbsp powder such as 5g freeze dried strawberry powder, cocoa powder, peanut powder, instant coffee powder, matcha etc
blend it all together and add into a ninja creami container. Freeze overnight. thaw for 15 minutes and respin until fluffy.
alternatively, use frozen fruit and an immersion blender or any small blender. Should do it.

I mean this in the nicest way possible, but is it good? Or “diet good”? 😂 because seeing cottage cheese in this recipe has me clutching my pearls.

Do you need to add the guar/xanthan gum? How do you think it would turn out without it?
