Chicken:

*2lbs chicken

*2tsp oregano, garlic, minced onion

*fourth a cup olive oil

*half cup chicken broth

*1 tsp rosemary, sage

*juice of a lemon

*disks of a lemon on top

*cut up but DO NOT peel one potato (she’ll get mad)

Put it in crock pot for 6 hours

The other thing:

Mushroom and spinach.

Sauté the mushroom in olive oil, then add garlic and onion, sauté, then add balsamic vinegar, sauté, salt and pepper, keep sautéing, add spinach and stir until wilted. She serves it with fresh Parmesan that she smashes up in her hand like a 104 year old parrot.

She wants me to tell you that, if you’ve had kidney stones, omit the spinach and instead use the mushrooms at toppings for the chicken!
