Did some fun experimenting with my grandmas famous Swiss braided bread recipe! Ended up doing one regular loaf, one cinnamon crunch, and one blueberry/lemon zest. Wanted to try to keep the same base dough but create different flavors.

Oh, okay… I’m coming over there! 🏃♀️
Looks excellent!
This the kind of stuff I like seeing on my Reddit cakeday. I love homemade bread like Bruce loves chocolate cake. Try golden raisins, raisins and tart cherries next time. It’s wildly good. I use lemon and lime zest for mine. It really adds some *zest* to the bread!
Ba dum tish!
I’ll see myself out.
Wow all three look scrumptious and have wonderful to have your Grandmother’s recipe 💓
Wow that’s gorgeous!
This year i’m hoping to improve my bread making. These look amazing! Would love to make them. How can I look for these? With what name?

Just stunning!
I like 3 it shows the lovely glossy color of the breads…they look so delicious
The change in order from picture to picture is slightly rage inducing.
I was looking at the first picture trying to figure out which was which. I figured things out eventually.
Sooooo yummy
I thought they were babka at first glance.
Reminded me of my time cooking for a 100% kosher retirement community in Maryland.
I’m not Jewish, but I learned so much about the food and culture while I was there. We cooked some desserts, but many were bought from a kosher bakery in the area.
Their babka was so damn good. Especially the chocolate.
I saw your pictures and immediately began to miss the flavor of Pariser’s chocolate babka.
