I always liked how Michael Cimarusti would often say the contestant’s name when awarding a point. That’s not something I’ve seen a lot of other judges do and I think it makes the point awarded more personal

Even though I didn't know who this guy was until watching Hell's Kitchen, he's one of my favorite guest judges. He just seems very personable and he gives some good feedback
