Jose Gourmet's Smoked Small Sardines in Extra Virgin Olive Oil
This is my first tin of smoked sardines (actually my first tin of sardines in general) and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I like a variety of seafood but typically fried, grilled, or smoked. I'm new to the world of tins.
I always have been nervous to try tinned fish due to it being room temp or chilled and something that I ultimately would waste and feel guilty about. For my first tin, I recently tried the Tuna in Galician butter by Island Creek and it was killer! (I warmed the tin in hot water)
I enjoy sushi, especially toro sashimi. I love anchovies on pizza, I also love clams and oysters. I always go for a proper fish and chips if i'm at a pub. I love anything with heat. Peppers, chili oil, hot sauces, etc.
I'm here for all the tips and suggestions. Excited to try more, especially smoked! I think i'm most comfortable with smaller varieties for now. Cheers yall✌️

If you enjoy smoked, try smoked oysters. Polar smoked sardines (the ones with the clear lid) are a flavor bomb. BTW, nice presentation, simple yet elegant.
I’m glad u enjoyed! I also rlly like ur fork. It looks kinda like mine lol:)
OMG your FIRST can was Island Creek’s tuna belly in Galician butter??! Hard to go up from there! 😂 Jose Gourmet small smoked sardines is one of my favorites. Another favorite from Jose Gourmet are the sardines in Azores butter.
