I got a Redhead from my brother when he moved, it had been fully restored when he bought it but that’s been 10 or so years ago. I just found another one at an estate sale and have been taking them both apart and swapping parts. Anyway I’m learning as I go, but the simplest thing has me confused. I’ve googled and asked dudes at Lowe’s but not getting anywhere. The tank is from 98 and has a quick connect adapter. I want to use the igniters from the new grill but can’t get the hose off. There’s a converter that I can use to attach the regulator to my new tank right?? I just need to know exactly what to buy if someone could send me a link. Plz don’t make fun of me I’m just a girl 🙃

Have you tried checking the hardware area at Lowe’s where some attachments might be? Or maybe another hardware store?
