Cantonment has a new go-to spot for Mediterranean Grill fare at 2852 W. Nine Mile Road, fusing the rich culinary heritage of the Mediterranean region with modern, fresh flavors, according to the Mediterranean Grill social media page.
The restaurant was designed to be a place where “tradition, flavor, and freshness come together,” inviting customers in with bright green walls, marble floors, and orange-accented booths and tables.
At Mediterranean Grill, the high-quality ingredients are at the heart of the menu, with many dishes centered around premium olive oil, aromatic herbs, grilled meats and house sauces.

While more than 55 new restaurants opened or announced in the Pensacola area, 10 in particular resonated most with readers.
“Every dish is carefully prepared to deliver authentic taste while promoting a balanced and healthy lifestyle,” Mediterranean Grill shared in a social media statement. “Whether you’re enjoying our savory kebabs, fresh salads, warm pita bread, or flavorful vegetarian options, each bite reflects our passion for Mediterranean cuisine.”
The menu offers a wide variety of wraps, appetizers, salads and entrees, offering a variety of dishes to choose from for a quick bite or a composed plate.
If you can’t decide, the restaurant’s namesake dish, the “Mediterranean Grill,” offers the opportunity to sample some of the menu best hits, such as the tawook chicken (marinated chicken with special Lebanese spices) and the kafta (ground beef kebabs).
You can find all the favorites, such as the shawarmas, gyros and kebabs, as well as some harder to find items. Some of the special menu features include the following:
Lebanese lasagna: Prepared with mushroom cream, mozzarella cheese and ground beef broth. ($34.99)Halloumi cheese: Topped with cherry tomatoes and Lebanese thyme on toasted bread and fresh spinach.
