Has anyone else run into a can in a can?
A friend and I were doing a smoked trout comparison, cheap Mere brand smoked trout vs Fishwife.
Popped the top on the fishwife to find…another can! Never saw that one before. The second can did, however, contain delicious smoked trout…which I neglected to take a photograph of, but I can assure you all it was thoroughly enjoyed.

I’d contact Fishwife. It may be like Wonka’s Golden Ticket, where you’ve won an endless supply of tinned fish treats and lifetime access to their corporate jacuzzi. Nah, that’s probably not true, but you may get a free t-shirt or something.
