300g serving:
– 400 calories
– 38.1g protein
– 15.7g fat (could be reduced by replacing steak with chicken breast, which I’ll do next week)
– 26.9g carbs (mostly veggies)
Serve on its own or over cauliflower rice.
Ill make another post when I make it with chicken.
