We all know and love Guy Fieri, right? He’s famous for his hit Food Network show Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives, among many other popular shows.

He has an electric personality and a signature look. It’s hard not to love him when you’re watching him do his thing on television. He definitely has a passion for what he does!

His hit show has been on for what feels like ever and while people may not think of Minnesota as a big foodie destination, they couldn’t be more wrong. It is and it continues to be, seemingly growing better each year.

We have great and unique restaurants in Duluth, a handful of which have been featured on the show. However, he’s been to Minneapolis even more and now, has chosen his favorites from all the places he’s been for his show.

Before he named his top restaurants in Minneapolis that have been featured on Triple D, the host shared his overall top five for Minnesota in general. Sadly, no Northland restaurant made the cut here.

His list included two Moorhead restaurants and one in Richfield. To the surprise of nobody, he also chose two restaurants from Minneapolis. Now, he’s narrowed his list even further. Foodies, get ready for a road trip.

So what are they? In a new video shared by the Food Network, Guy Fieri has named his top five restaurants from his popular show. I definitely smell a road trip in the near future – I am pretty hungry after reading about these!

He’s been to quite a few, as this list is made up of ten Minneapolis staples. Some of these I have been to and heard of and others I haven’t. I will definitely be making some trips to the cities for these. check it out:
