Cured Sheep’s Cheese from Northern Portugal

Under 15€ per kilo. Made from raw milk of course. Got it from the market in a small village in northern Portugal.

Portugal has in my opinion the most competitive market for sheep's cheese. I have in Spain, France, Italy and Netherlands, and Portugal has incredible cheese at extremely reasonable prices, especially when you know where to look. In my opinion Portugal only lacks in blue cheese; but apart from that, the market has a great offer of cow's, goat's and sheep's cheese.
