Cook chicken in a pan with salt, pepper, olive oil, and a little garlic.
Cool corn in olive oil, salt, pepper, chili powder, diced onion, and cumin powder or seeds.
Cut a ton of green grapes in half and let the chicken plus corn cool. Mix grapes, chicken, and corn with plain Greek yogurt, a teaspoon of garlic, and half a diced red onion.
Best to eat on toasted wheat bread.
I made the dish this time but she supervised. She is 104 after all. It’s obvious her way of eating is beneficial, as her only real health issue is a weak him from a wreck. Also, her husband, my great grandpa, lived to his late 90s.

I’ll be collecting these recipes from your great grandma, this looks awesome!
I am not opposed to this recipe… it looks really good. I dont know that I would put in on wheat toast, necessarily, but it looks good. Like a nice midwestern salad haha.
Looks great! Love the idea of adding corn to it, especially with those spices! Thanks for sharing!

Nice! Does she eat grapes at every day? Or was that just this week’s shopping
Tysm for sharing your family and legacy
This reads as extremely Midwest in the best way. I mean it is a healthy dish
