I’m thinking a fermented hot sauce? Recipes welcome. Would love suggestions please! I have all the equipment for fermenting, canning, dehydrating, and have stuff to powder things too!

    I would dehydrate some and ferment the others with other yummy produce. My favorite is blueberry coriander hot sauce. Throw in an onion and bell pepper and you have yourself a feast

    I am currently trying to make a list for the upcoming seasoning if someone wanted to message me I’d appreciate discussing what varieties I should grow. I want to make hot sauce, salsa, paprika, chili flakes, and potentially pickled or ferment them.

    Pickle a few jars, make a few hot sauces and dry some for flakes

    I would make way too much fermented pepper sauce and struggle to find enough people to take some. Why? Do you need some?
