Is it too late to post about Christmas? This was the first time I made prime rib, and it was really fun! I used the reverse sear method.
Menu:
- Prime rib
- Creamed spinach
- Schmaltzy carrots
- Crushed potato gratin
- Lasagna (requested)
- Wedge salad (cut up)
- Nutella tres leches cake

Wow that looks amazing
Yum that looks amazing. I always forget how good cream spinach is until I see it again.
U forgot to invite me :'(
Looks like a fantastic meal and beautifully executed, but the lasagna seems extra (even though I love lasagna and this lasagna also looks really good). Great job!
Omg wow 😍 it all looks SO good
Dang I want that salad.
I don’t care, lasagna as an appetizer, I’m smashing all of this. Great job!
Good job! The first time we cook a meal for more than a couple of people it can be a bit nerve racking (especially with timing multiple dishes). So what did you learn and what would you do differently?
Great job.
Everything looks great.
Them taters tho…!!
I would absolutely pay good money for this, it looks amazing. Great job, OP!
Can you please post recipe for Nutella treleche?
So where’s Christmas at next year?
