With over 16 years of experience, Chef Jacopo’s career spans Italy, Greece, the Middle East, India, and Southeast Asia. His professional journey includes senior culinary leadership roles with leading international hospitality brands and restaurants, including Grand Hyatt Dubai, Hyatt Regency Koh Samui, Marriott International in India, and Minor Hotels Thailand.
Across these assignments, he has developed strong expertise in Italian, Mediterranean, and contemporary cuisines, alongside capabilities in menu development, culinary innovation, and immersive live cooking formats. His work has earned recognition across diverse markets for its clarity of flavour and modern execution.
