    Have been looking forward to trying FANGST and lucky enough to get a tin of Brisling No. 4 from my KK this year. Firstly, yes, I found them mushy compared to others, but I had them on toast so that didn’t matter. Beautifully presented. Love that they’re left with tail on. Mildly spiced as the tin suggests, only very subtle. Made a vinaigrette of capers, seeded mustard, pickled jalapenos + pickle juice, and kewpie. Interesting they have way less sodium than Nuri, but I thought they were perfectly salted. Side note some of my Nuri cans have 2500mg sodium per serving. Is that a typo?? Really liked these, one of my fave cans yet, delicious!
