







A one-egg cheese omelette with smoked Gouda inside and topped with American, and my bacon leek jam, on a buttered and toasted homemade roll. I used my rustic no knead dough as rolls instead of a loaf. They have a nice crispy outside and an airy chewy crumb. Made for a nice sandwich.
