All purpose flour – 4 cups
Salt – 2.5 tsp
Olive oil – 3 tbsp (split & use – refer video)
1st Rising:
12 hours to 3 days in fridge
Thaw & 2nd rising:
3 to 4 hours in room temperature
Preheat oven: 425F
Bake time – 25 to 30 mins
