
My wife and I are trying to make ice cream for our business. We already sell popsicles, but we want to sell ice cream as well. Does anyone have any tips or recipes for incorporating flavors? We don't have any machines, just a chest freezer.

Yea can’t just sell ice cream. At least in US.
It’s a whole whole thing. Not easy to do or get.
You can buy your ice cream base wholesale directly from creamery/diary already pasteurized. You’d need a big fridge to keep it. Search this forum, someone explained the whole process a while ago. It was not a simple, tons of regulations.
