while its baking, carmalise an onion in a small pan and set aside
cook the ground camel meat, season it generously, add some water to it, like 40ml
after its done, pour the “meat purge” or water, whatever it called into a blender with the cottage cheese, ketchup, half a packet of stevia, blend and add camel milk until you reach the desired consistency
Assemble the carmalised onions, ground meat and the mozzarella over the baked potatoes in the sheet pan, let it cook until the cheese is melted. Then pour the sauce, divide into 4 equal servings and BOOM

I bet camel’s fuggen good.
I’ve never had it, but I’ve had a few friends that have eaten horse and said it’s phenomenal. Kinda in the same vein.
Looks so good!!

Where does one find 🐪?
How does camel taste? Im always interested in exotic meats.
I used to live right next to a burger joint that always had exotic meats. Boar, camel, elk, gator, even lion sometimes. Miss it dearly
yaaaa camel meat aint great tasting tbh. Poor man’s meat. but I suppose locals figured ways to make it better.

Do you just reheat in the microwave? Doesn’t it get soggy?
