Double or a single ? Curious what everyone here in burger Reddit land prefers!?
This is my double with caramelized onions, pickles , special sauce and cheese. I sometimes prefer singles myself. But I am looking for opinions on who orders/ prefers what?

Depends on how many oz the patties are, anything 4oz or under and I’m getting a double. 6oz and over I’ll order or make a single.

Double if Just cheese or cheese and onion. Single if it has a lot of toppings like lettuce pickle tomato onion.

It depends entirely on the patty size. Ideally, I like a single thick patty weighing maybe 8 ounces. For smaller patties, double or even triple.

Softness of the potato bun, perfectly toasted inner…Juicy patties, slight crispy sear to the onions and the crunchy pickles on the bottom. Jesus.

I’ve been a double person my whole life… until recently. Now I’m a single patty person, unless it’s a fast food burger. Although, a double of a fast food burger is still smaller than many regular singles.

sure, you could have one fat patty the same size. but if there supposed to be their seize it’s a double at this place.

I prefer double meat and double cheese, but I usually can’t finish it all. I just like that meat to bun and vegetables ratio, it tastes better. I do prefer thinner smash type patties that are well seasoned too. There is nothing more disgusting than an unseasoned red in the middle burger patty.
