Sliced courgettes and mushrooms simply seasoned and pan fried, with some hot red chilli sauce added to coat them.

Chopped parsley, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, paprika and pepper mixed up well and coated all over the salmon prior to wrapping up in tin foil and putting in the oven. Served on bed of rice.
