
Baked falafel (not quite the same as fried falafel because it’s missing that nice crunch and it tends to fall apart but it’s still tasty); romaine lettuce; tomato, cucumber & red onion salad; hummus; tzatziki; olives; feta; and lemon-tahini sauce. I always wing it on the extras but I used a recipe from Cookie & Kate as the base for the falafel (I added some extra seasonings).
