New year, new Crumbl cookie schedule.

The popular cookie chain has been known for its rotating seven weekly desserts. Now, Crumbl has a new cookie rotation for 2026 that cuts the weekly rotating flavors in half.

“The Classic Menu is about consistent availability,” Jason McGowan, CEO and cofounder of Crumbl, said in a press release. “We want customers to know that when they’re celebrating meaningful moments with those who matter most, Crumbl will always be there with the flavors they love, while still surprising them every week.”

Crumbl Cookies

Starting this week, six classic flavors are available, four weekly rotating flavors, and Crumbl Thins on “Thin Thursday.”

The classic flavors that will appear on the menu every day include: Milk Chocolate Chip or Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk, Pink Sugar, Chocolate Crumb ft. OREO®, Brownie Batter, Snickerdoodle and Celebration Cake.

To clear up some confusion on Crumbl’s Instagram announcement, Sawyer Hemsley, co-founder and chief brand officer of Crumbl, commented, explaining that the Milk Chocolate Chip cookie will rotate every other week with the Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk cookie.

The four rotating flavors are limited-time desserts that will change every week, the same way the original menu did.

To top it all off, Chocolate Chip Cookie Thins will be available every Thursday for customers to pick up a sleeve on “Thin Thursday.”

With this being Crumbl’s biggest menu update to date, Hemsley explained that “innovation has always been at the heart of Crumbl.”

“The Classic Menu gives us a strong foundation and frees us to be even more creative,” he said in the release. “With rotating flavors, Thin Thursdays, and what’s coming next, we’re just getting started. Customers will continue to see exciting innovation, especially in the cookie category.”
