I’d highly recommend an pizza peel. Check if you have a restaurant supply store nearby. They are pretty cheap.

Skip the parchment. J Kenji has some great pizza videos on YouTube. America’s Test Kitchen is a super solid pizza dough recipe. A scale and mixer are super useful. Pizza peeks are really cheap at the restaurant supply store. I have both wood and metal. I find a metal peel works best in the doughjoe.
Also a little pizza peel for spinning is handy. They look like a flattened spoon.
