The unagi don in Narita was out of this world.
I like unagi don in the US but it inevitably comes from frozen packets like [this](https://www.hmart.com/unagi-kabayaki–frozen-broiled-eel–10oz-283g-/p), even at restaurants. It was eye opening to have it fresh. I also got a side of unagi liver skewers.
Where in hiroshima did you tried that?
