
The Cudighi sandwich uses a unique Italian pork sausage patty that's made with red wine, cinnamon, cloves, and other warming spices. Sandwich also includes marinara, mozzarella, peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Practically unheard of outside the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, but definitely worth a try.
