Tofu paper has been a revelation to me – it's high protein and low(ish) calories and better than the awful shop bought Facon as I like to call it.
Tastes amazing cooked on a panini grill – need to experiment more with timing too short and it's soggy and too long and it's a little burnt. I'm testing out marinating a whole pack and freezing it so I can have tofu Facon at a few minutes notice.

A whole pack of paper tofu will make 6-8 generous portions.

    I go to Asian markets and haven’t seen this. I will definitely look next time. Yours looks yummy!
