The piping is impressive, but that level of rigidity usually points to a very high fat to sugar ratio. When buttercream holds ultra-sharp petals like that, it’s often because there’s little to no sugar or aeration to soften the structure, which can unfortunately come at the expense of flavor and mouthfeel. I’d be curious to see the recipe, since balancing stability and taste is the real challenge with designs like this.
