From the summer, I think this was my first time getting a prime packer from Costco. This thing was juicy as hell. Im probably gonna get shit for the knife, but hopefully the cook makes up for it.

    So hard for me to tell what a good brisket is because of this sub. I guess I should just go based off of what looks delicious and this looks very delicious. Just curious how long you rested it? I’ve seen people on here bitch about juice running out of a brisket for not resting long enough. Either way I thought the point was it’s supposed to be juicy. Bark looks unreal, looks nice and moist and has great color 👍
