


Hello, i’m wondering what number to log on My Fitness Pal for this 140 gram tuna patty from a cafe. The ingredients are skipjack tuna (in olive oil), potato, carrot, zucchini, onion, paprika, herbs, salt and pepper. It is fried in extra virgin olive oil and is crumbed/breaded on one side as shown in the pictures. How many cals do you reckon I should log? Thanks fellas!
