Osteria Langhe has some of my favorite truffle dishes! Their truffle risotto is wild.

All the RPM restaurants are offering white and black truffles.

Monteverde has a couple dishes right now with truffle both white and black. Side note, keep an eye out next year for their truffle dinner the one from this year was on Monday and was delicious.
Flour Power also has a truffle pasta currently on the menu.

So a bit of an industry insight. There are many places that restaurants buy truffles from. My personal favorite was an Italian guy who I will keep nameless. He is The truffle guy around Chicago. You text this guy what you want. He shows up a few hours later, usually in a track suit with a camo duffle bag, pull out a scale. He takes out a Tupperware container with a handkerchief inside. Unwraps the truffles, you pick them out and put them on a scale. He takes a picture of the scale, packs up and says “Ciao.” He bills you later. It is the single most satisfying almost drug deal you will ever do.

Boonies is doing a Beef Pares with a healthy truffle supplement!!
Tama in Bucktown reliably has truffle dishes that are unbelievable. I’d recommend their Bread & Butter: a focaccia and white truffle ice cream dish. It blows my mind every time. Their truffle beef skewers are also killer!

Next has a white truffle course right now but it’s expensive and small. Tasty but dainty, not worth it.
