Ugh, this looks so good. Literally perfectly topped lol. I actually just grabbed some strawberries from Sprouts today so I’m definitely taking this as a sign to bake this weekend! What kind of cream did you use? Is it just a standard Chantilly or did you do something like a mascarpone blend? It looks so stable!
