This is almost perfect. It just needs some grated cheese, and I don’t like onions. But, besides that, it looks really good. What kind of noodles are they? They sort of look like Ziti, but they seem to be too thin to be Ziti.

As long as you started with the onions and cooked them until they were soft, it should be delicious. Please pass the Parmigiano-Reggiano.
