


Focusing on increasing protein (difficult because it makes me feel really full) and trying to lose a few stubborn kilos. Total calories 1375. Didn’t even feel like snacking between meals for a change 🙈
Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs, high protein yoghurt with low sugar high protein granola and strawberries
Lunch: roasted veg, tin of tuna, homemade tomato soup with cottage cheese for extra protein (not pictured)
Dinner: wasn’t hungry til 8pm! Made a raspberry cottage cheese mousse as a snack
Macros 94g protein, 118g carbs, 56g fat
