Now open, The Cumberland Hotel has welcomed Lírica, a Spanish Tapas restaurant where every dish celebrates rich culinary traditions and bold, fresh flavours. The name “Lírica,” meaning lyrical poetry, reflects the restaurant’s ethos: food and drink in harmony, shared in a space that is both warm and sophisticated.
Located inside the iconic Marble Arch hotel, the 75-seater restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner, serving sharing plates and tapas inspired by the gastronomic bounty of Spain. Guests can enjoy sun-drenched Vegetables and Heritage Tomatoes, Iberico Ham Croquetas, Classic Tortillas, and classic Spanish favourites such as Gambas, Gazpacho, Padron Peppers, Chiporones, Patatas Bravas, and Pan Con Tomate. For dessert, homemade Basque Cheesecake and Churros will complete the experience.
