Honey Chipotle Chicken Tacos. Recipe ↓
■ INGREDIENTS
Honey chipotle chicken:
• chicken thighs or breast – 1 lb (450 g), small pieces
• honey – 2 tbsp
• chipotle in adobo – 1-2 tbsp, finely chopped
• adobo sauce – 1 tbsp
• olive oil – 1 tbsp
• smoked paprika – 1 tsp
• garlic powder – ½ tsp
• salt – ½ tsp
• black pepper – to taste
Tacos:
• small tortillas (corn or flour) – 8
• shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or mix) – 1½ cups (150 g)
• butter or oil – for frying
Honey chipotle yogurt sauce (for dipping):
• greek yogurt – ¾ cup (180 g)
• honey – 1½ tbsp
• chipotle in adobo – 1-2 tsp, finely chopped
• lime juice – 1 tbsp
• salt – a pinch
Optional extras (add if you want):
• shredded lettuce or cabbage
• red onion
• cilantro
• pickled jalapeños
■ HOW TO COOK:
1. In a bowl, mix honey, chipotle, adobo sauce, olive oil, spices, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and toss well. Let it sit 10-20 minutes (even 10 works).
2. Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook 6-8 minutes, stirring, until caramelized, sticky, and cooked through. Set aside.
3. Mix yogurt, honey, chipotle, lime juice, and salt until smooth. Chill while you cook the tacos.
4. Place a tortilla in a pan over medium heat. Add a small handful of cheese on one half, then chicken on top. Fold the tortilla over.
5. Add a little butter or oil to the pan. Cook tacos 2-3 minutes per side, until golden and crispy and the cheese is melted.
6. Serve hot tacos with the honey chipotle yogurt sauce on the side for dipping. Add optional toppings only if you want.

Bro that’s the tiniest bit of chipotle, yall love to throw chipotle on everything now but only like the essence of it on the food. You don’t even need to cook the chicken in chipotle just add 2 fat scoops of chipotle to the sauce.
