    Reddit has warped peoples minds about obsessing over cast iron lol. I know because I was obsessed with caring for mine for years. Then I realized it’s a $20 hunk of fucking iron and could survive a goddamn bombing run on my neighborhood, so I stopped giving a shit. And guess what – literally no difference to my cooking vs when I was nursing it to sleep every night.
