I’m an amateur, and the only cakes I do are for immediate family members’ birthdays. Any feedback to improve my technique is welcome! (Especially for the leaves – how do I get them to be pointy rather than jagged?)

    Beautiful! I love the vibrant yellow and orange colours, and the way the green has a bluish tint to it that complements the flowers really nicely

    It’s hard to explain in writing without making hand motions. because it’s a tension thing. 😆 Keep squeezing while pulling up at the end. That allows it to form a point.
