Yeah, that's a $200 Le Creuset pan I got for $5 at a Chicago thrift store in 2000.

Best part is you can let it rip and not be afraid of splatter, smoke or distraction

I always wondered about this. So for the most part, just act like you’re cooking the steak on the grill, but insert a cast iron pan and officially cook on that?

I do all my greasy or smelly cooking on my grill like that. But I also do basically all my cooking on grills.

I just turn up my hvac for an hour and use the vent above the stove.

I thought these were cinnamon rolls at first and I’m not even sure which option sounds better

Why wouldn’t you want your house to smell beefy??

Is that Teflon coated or cast ?

I like my house to smell beefy. But also love cooking outside. 🤷‍♂️

Rabbit air purifier, I could cook a steak in the house and no one would know when they’d walk in and see me eating.

I get those from my local Gerbes (they are in the Kroger line I think) and did cooked indirect to 120F and then did direct until I liked the crust. Thanks for confirming that it should be more like 140F, it is a thick piece of meat. I like the smoked pepper one.
