Decided to make myself a grilled cheese with cottage cheese and skim mozzarella. I used a bit of butter and chose to dip it in ketchup (gives me pizza vibes) bringing the whole thing to 300 cal and 11g of protein. It’s a nice little treat for when I’m craving a crispy buttery food. I pared it with a fairlife protein drink and felt pretty satisfied! I’m curious if anyone else has done this 😅

    how is it with cottage cheese? i HATE cottage cheese with a passion but im seeing it in so many low cal recipes that i may have to try it again. the texture is what gets me, but maybe thisll be what makes me like it.
