Quattro formaggi is one of my all time favorites. In the video he says and uses blue cheese but in the description and blog recipe they call out gorgonzola. Both work fine but IMO the best version is with gorgonzola which is what is typical in Italy and brings the exact flavor profile and memories if you've ever been to Italy and have eaten this pizza there. I also put the gorgonzola on a little before its done and put the pizza back in so it melts some, not after you take the pizza out completely. Thanks for making the video!
No tomato sauce on a pizza is a far bigger crime than pineapple, yet people get away with it.

Funny how the pizza comes out of the oven with burned edges and blim blam bloom, in the next shot it is all fresh and leopard spots. You donβt need this Gozney! Keep it real, because if weβre honest, we all love some slightly burned crust π
