Quiche

Served this up in the style of the hippie restaurant I worked at in the 90s. The place is still running with the same owners since 1973. Shout out to the Antique in Tacoma, WA for making me the cook and baker I am today. I got to visit recently on a trip back home for the holidays. I’m more than happy to share this recipe for anyone looking for a great quiche and crust recipe!
