The open-kitchen style teppan is the stage for the teppan cuisine by Chef Hisaoka, who has experience at Michelin Guide-listed restaurants in France, using French cooking techniques.
Lunch courses are available in a four-course meal for 7,700 yen or a five-course meal for 9,900 yen, and include Yasaka’s signature dish of potato pancakes with salmon roe and shrimp, horohorogi, bouillabaisse, and more.
