The second edition of the Tunisian olive oil promotional and networking event, titled “Tunisian Olive and Olive Oil Promotion Day,” will be held on January 29, 2026, in Nairobi.

Organized by the Export Promotion Center (CEPEX) in collaboration with the Embassy of Tunisia in Nairobi, the event offers Tunisian exporters of olives, olive oil, and olive-oil-based products an opportunity to identify new export prospects in promising markets, notably Kenya and countries in the East African region.

Participants will have the chance to meet directly with leading Kenyan food product importers, as well as Kenyan organizations and institutions active in the olive oil sector, CEPEX announced on Wednesday.

The program includes presentations highlighting the specific characteristics and quality of Tunisian olive oil, a screening of a promotional film, contributions from Tunisian olive oil exporters (in person or online), and a tasting session of olive oil and other related products.

Tunisian companies specializing in the production and export of olives, olive oil, and olive-oil-based products (such as canned tuna and sardines, olive tapenade, and olive-oil-based sauces) are invited to submit product samples, brochures, and promotional videos in English to CEPEX headquarters no later than January 9, 2026, to ensure their shipment to Kenya.

Tunisian companies wishing to participate may also confirm their attendance by sending an email to: [email protected].

CEPEX specified that participation in this event is free of charge.
