My wife’s family is from Vietnam, since I’ve been cooking for them. Ive had to cook it at med to med well lol. I pretty much got used to medium and cook myself medium steaks. Still don’t mind a med rare here or there

Whenever I overcook it I still eat it too I like steak in general lol it’ll be good no matter what!
